I don’t think Season 2 of Peacemaker is as good as Season 1, but it’s still entertaining and does a solid job of laying the groundwork for the future of the DCU. However, the comedy feels overbearing this time around—many of the jokes drag on too long or simply aren’t funny. Some characters also felt unnecessary and uninteresting, which took away from the show’s momentum.

The best parts of the season were the interdimensional elements, the surprise cameos, and the dynamic between Peacemaker and his friends. Episode 6 was the clear standout, delivering some genuinely exciting twists and surprises that reminded me why the first season worked so well.

While the finale was a bit underwhelming, it ended on a mouthwatering cliffhanger that leaves you both speculating and excited for what’s next in the DCU. Despite its flaws, Peacemaker Season 2 remains a fun, chaotic ride with flashes of what made the first season such a hit.
