It’s no secret that 50 Cent can’t stand Diddy—and after watching this documentary, I understand why. This felt like when Lex Luthor used Superman’s Kryptonian parents' message to bring him down, except in this case, 50 is absolutely justified.
I don’t know how 50 got hold of never-before-seen footage, including Diddy’s personal tapes, but it adds a whole new dimension to the story and cements the overall narrative.
For decades, rumors have swirled about Sean “Diddy” Combs’ involvement in Tupac and Biggie’s deaths. I’m not saying he did it, but this documentary offers more than enough evidence to suggest he’s been pulling strings behind the scenes.
Hearing the stories from victims and from people who were once close to him is chilling and, honestly, heartbreaking. Learning more about the infamous “Diddy parties,” the manipulation, the abuse, and his other obscene behavior toward others in the music industry and his personal life makes a DC supervillain look like an amateur.
This is your typical Netflix-style documentary, but it’s brilliantly put together and tightly edited. The suspense pays off, and it’s incredibly revealing about the hip-hop mogul’s darker side.
If this documentary teaches anything, it’s that what’s done in the dark will always come to light.
